How do I find you?
You can use the post code SA62 4BW with your satnav, or have a look at our interactive map. We are at the Brithdir Hall in the Withybush Showground in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
Is there parking and how much does it cost?
There is plenty of parking around Brithdir Hall. It’s free.
What time does the show start and finish?
On both days the show opens at 10am and finishes at 5pm.
Can I book a therapist in advance if I know they are going?
Therapists will be taking bookings over the weekend. We do not take bookings via the website but you can get in touch with the therapist themselves and they can pre book you in a time to suit yourself
I’m looking for a particular therapy / therapist and can’t find them on your site.
We strive to have all the latest information about the show up online as soon as we have it. Sometimes there may be a time delay. If you know they are definitely going to be there and can’t find them, please get in touch with either them or us and we can help you. The other possibility is that they will not be at the show for whatever reason.
Do I need to book for a workshop?
Some workshops will have a limited number of people they can work with during their time, usually due to space and movement and may ask people to book. Most workshops do not require booking. You can keep up to date with them as well as on Facebook, Twitter and Google+
Are there any good deals on over the weekend?
There will be some amazing deals offered over the course of the weekend. We do not have the details on this page, but as and when we are told by a therapist or exhibitor about a deal they will be running, we will put the information up on the blog. You will be able to talk with them about their special offer, terms and conditions, and then decide if you wish to purchase. Please note that whilst deals are offered during the West Wales Wellbeing Show, we are not responsible for the exhibitors either during or after the show. If you have any issues please let us know as we aim to have those of high integrity at the weekend.
Do I need to bring food and drink with me?
There is a little cafe’ in the show itself which will be providing light refreshments and snacks. It doesn’t cater for hot food.
Is there easy access for wheelchairs?
Absolutely. We do a lot of work in the community with carers and those who are less able to get around so we are well aware of requirements. That said, there may be one or two things that are not perfect, but the venue is big and well known. If you are coming in a group, please let us know in advance.
Is there anything not allowed during the show?
Yes, we do not allow roller skates or scooters to be used inside the hall at any times. Please ensure that anything like that is used outside where there is plenty of space. Please be aware however that cars frequently drive around the area outside the hall, and care should be taken at all times by everyone, especially with small children.
All animals that are brought into the show must be kept on a lead at all times
